Disrespectful by Susan K Leigh

Bible verse: Romans 12:16 " Live in harmony with one another"

Phillipians 2:3 "In humility, consider others better than yourselves"

Proverbs 17:19 "He who loves a quarrel loves sin "

Ephesians 5: 1-2 " Be imitators of God ...."

What harmony mean Ysabel?Um peace and that thing about music you were talking about.

This story was about disrespectful stuff.  Means that you do something like laughing at somebody if they get hurt.

A girl laughed when the other person wasn't as good as her at jumprope and she said "duh" . When you are disrespectful it makes people feel sad .

Her brother was watching his favorite show and she took turned it to a different channel and he screamed and she threw the remote on the floor.  That was disrespectful becasue he was in the middle of something and she just interrupted and she should have asked .

Today I am thankful for my family. I need to cut my toenails

Today I am sorry for me being rude to Aemilia.  I was yelling at her because she didn't let me do the things I wanted to do.

Today I would like God to help me with my niceness, and that's about it.

Today 11/29/11

I want to talk about everything:

I did dance today and ate dinner and mint "ice cream" at the studio.For dinner , I had turkey, broccoli and crepes.  At Jazz, I got all three of my splits and soon I will get three pieces of candy (from Miss Dana) for having all of my splits. And at school i learned about the letter "k" and I also did Spanish , it was about counting.  That's about it with school.

Today I'm thankful for my family and my house and my clothing and my room and my mommy.

Today I am sorry for me yelling at Aemilia and for not getting in the car when mom told me to and that's it for everything.

I'd like God to help me with let's see.. with me being nicer and stop yelling at my sister and obeying and that's it.

Shock Convention 2011

The convention- I did Hip Hop and Tap and Jazz, hmmmmm, did you spell hmmm? Don't spell "hmmm" ! I was thinking, ok?

Two times Jazz and two times Hip Hop and that's about it.  It was so so fun, I even got a gold. Bethany won and Emma.

The teachers were fun. It was like me swinging on a branch and I was sleeping. It was like recital.  It was very far, mommy that's all.  It was fun 'cause it was fun, is because all of the teachers, we got to play freeze dance, take turns, Centerstage Starz were rock stars and Dance Factory were dolphins.  That's about it.  My favorite dance was all of them. My favorite dance is lyrical, then tap, then ballet.

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Chapter 6 and 7

Edmund and what's the other boy's name, Peter, Edmund and Peter thought about that the robin was taking them into a trap.  They wanted to save the Faun.
 Should they be afraid?
Yeah because they might get kidnapped while their trying to save the Faun by the White Witch.
What do you think will happen next?
 The robin might take them to the right spot to save the Faun.

The boys had a TV in their wardrobe....

Today I'm thankful for my friends and family and I'm sorry for being a pain today, I wasn't listening , I had a big, big mess today and Mom texted Uma, but she would not come to help us clean up our giant mess.

I want to pray for that I'm going to do better and be nice and be easy and listen.

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Chapter 4 and 5

Miss Ysabel, fell asleep right after we began reading our chapters today, she had a long day at dance. Today she read a second grader's book from the dance studio with very little help!  Not too bad for a girl enrolled in Kindergarten. 

Ysabel had fun singing "Un Elephante" and ate ALL of her dinner again. Tomorrow Ysa is off from dance and gets to work on some of her birthday crafts from her birthday presents and do more reading.A good night's sleep will do her well, she's been fighting a virus..

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Chapter 3

What happened is that all of Lucy's siblings didn't believe her and so they called her a "liar" and they thought that she was making a joke.  Then they went and played hide and seek, then Lucy came back to the wardrobe and then, what was the boy's name again? Then Edmond came looking for her. Ok, so then he stepped into the wardrobe and then um, he said "Lucy, Lucy! Where are you because he was kinda scared. Then, there was no answer, then he tried again and again. And then he heard these jingles and then he saw a dwarf a dwarf that was 3 inches tall (3 feet) and he was so fat. Then there was this tall lady, she had white fur up to her neck. She also had a big golden crown and then she said , um , "How do you address the Queen like that. (And there's an excited mark) (she means an exclamation point)! Then, he I mean Edmund, said "I'm sorry" . Then, the Queen said, "I am the Queen of Narnia".

I'm happy when I'm having so much fun that I want to do it again
I'm sad when I get hurt
When things aren't going right, you go and get your mom and try to work it out and then go get your mom and you ask God to help you. 
Today I am thankful for me going to dance.
And I'm sorry for me getting in trouble for kicking the seats and being rude. 
Today I'd like to pray for my family about letting my mom keep me safe and I'll pray about God about sending the guardian angels down to protect us.  

The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Chapter 1

Today we read the first chapter in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

We read about the Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe.  What happened?  The littlest girl Lucy stepped closer to the wardrobe, then she stepped closer and closer and then she thought that if she shuts the door, then she will be stuck. She saw coats hanging up on the hangers, big coats.  She couldn't feel the wardrobe. She was in snow. The wardrobe is not real because that's not how it is. There's a wall behind a wardrobe. Then there was a half man and half goat, wait it was actually a Faun.

Today I am thankful for my family and for my house and my friends
Today I am sorry for me being whiny today.

Heaven for Kids by Randy Alcorn p21-25

What will our bodies in Heaven be like?

They will not be like ghosts.  They will be like Jesus and ourselves.  We will be able to move, we'll be able to play, we'll be able to stretch, fly, when Jesus came back, he broke the bread and we'll be able to do the same thing.

Today I'm thankful for my whole family.
I'm sorry that I was being rude today to dad, sorry for people that got hurt, I'm sorry for doing cartwheels in the lobby.

Today's devotional: Phillipians 4:19
He wants us to live different ways than the Devil and everybody else. The devil tells us we can do it by ourselves. Tv, books and magazines tell us to do right and wrong. That is wrong because that is the Devil and bad and we need just God.

Heaven for Kids by Randy Alcorn p16-20

Kameronn was reading too fast:-( I heard about Heaven and God and Jesus. and a witch , she said something to the boy. God wants us to think about Heaven because He loves us.


Today we took pictures. I looked at duckies and played with them but they ran away. They were in the grass and they flapped their wings to get back in the water because they were like "nope!". I ran over the bridge twice and I saw two rock bridges in the stream.  That's all that I saw. I sat on the bridge and mommy had to hold me so I didn' t fall.  I went down the path, and saw our car and two benches.  Then we took pictures on the benches and it was time to go.

What did you see that reminded you of God?

Grass, leaves-they looked like Fall leaves, that means it's almost Fall. I also smelled flowers but I didn't see any around.

I had fun taking a bath and I loved it the water was so warm.
It made me sad that Aemilia poked her elbow on the thorn branch with thorns.

Heaven for Kids by Randy Alcorn p1-15

Today we read an excerpt from Heaven for Kids.

What do you think Heaven will be like?

Um,  it will be like hope and life because that's what Heaven is. It will look like a pink cloud with the sun above our heads AND a pink cloud because that's what I think it will be like.   I will see God and Jesus, frogs, flowers.  There will be popcorn there and most of all, fruit because of the fruit trees of good and evil, if you eat it then you will be separated.  And they ate it and God told the girl, "fine, I'll give you more pain when you get kids".

Heaven will be like flowers in the air and life finally.

Kids were looking for lost treasure , they were digging hard. They found lost treasure, very shiny, sometimes they found just rocks.

If you find rocks and no treasure where can you find joy?

From God. How can you get it ? Keep on talking to Him?
